At PPN we know that sometimes the person who's come up with a successful plan isn't always the FD, it isn't always the Head of Finance and it isn't always the AP Manager. Sometimes those ideas spring from internal meetings, or are the product of future FDs in the department!
This award is for those who have made a performance enhancing business change to the P2P department, regardless of their title.
Criteria the Judging Panel were looking for:
• A single change which has shaped the department
• A commitment over and above their official position
• Implementation of change technology, resulting in improvements
• Successful reinvention of existing procedures
• Changed the look and feel of P2P for the better - give examples
