The CFO of leading pizza brand, Domino’s left the role yesterday after serving less than two years in the position.
Rachel Osborne, a former Vodafone and John Lewis executive is the third chief financial officer to leave the FTSE 250-listed firm within the last three years. Paul Doughty was in the role for five months and Sean Wilkins left suddenly in 2015 after 14 months.
In the Telegraph, Analysts at Liberum described the news as a "shock". "We question whether there is an internal cultural issue, whether she cannot see a path to maximising her remuneration scheme or other issues?" they said. "Whatever the answer is, it does not look good and begs corporate governance questions."
In a statement, Domino’s said it would commence a search for Ms Osborne’s successor and would make an announcement in due course.
Rachel Osborne, said she had "enjoyed" her time at Domino's but looked forward to "pursuing other career opportunities".
