Symphony Technology Group acquires Winshuttle

Winshuttle a leading SAP-centric robotic process automation and data management platform provider, has announced that it has been acquired by Symphony Technology Group (STG).

Symphony Technology Group is a strategic private equity firm with $2 billion in assets under management focused on transforming high-potential companies into definitive market leaders. The firm’s long-term outlook allows its portfolio of software, data and analytics companies to develop innovative product offerings that will appeal to high-growth markets.

Winshuttle is a leading provider of data automation and data process management software for the enterprise, typically in SAP environments. The company offers software that improves data accuracy and maximises the productivity of business users who interface directly with SAP (for Finance, HR, Supply Chain and IT) by automating workflows and data movement. Winshuttle has a global headcount of approximately 300 people with offices in North America, UK, France, Germany and India.
