Version One Announces Partnership Agreement with Sapphire

Thursday 24th May, 2012

Version One has announced a partnership agreement with Sapphire Systems, a global provider of financial accounting, ERP and business management systems.

Under the terms of this global agreement, Sapphire is re-selling Version One's document management and imaging solutions, tightly integrated into Infor10 Financials Business (SunSystems) and SAP Business One.

David Singh, Sales & Marketing Director from Sapphire Systems says,

"We selected Version One as our global partner for document management as we require a software provider that can effectively support our future growth plans. Version One has an excellent reputation in the document management space and its solutions are scalable, competitively priced and functionally-rich, making it the perfect choice.”

Version One’s solutions will enable Sapphire’s SunSystems and SAP Business One customers to access document management and imaging functionality directly from their accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

With Version One’s solutions, users can electronically create, deliver, authorise, store, manage and process their business documents, such as invoices and purchase orders, eliminating the time-consuming and costly paper-based processing of business documents. These solutions also streamline accounts payable, reduce manual data entry of invoice information by up to 80 percent, provide greater visibility of supplier payments and support organisations’ environmental agendas.

Greg Ford, Managing Director of Version One, comments, "As the leading global provider of SunSystems and SAP Business One, our partnership with Sapphire is an exciting development. Sapphire’s SunSystems and SAP Business One customers are now provided with value-adding functionality that delivers significant cost and efficiency benefits."

Sapphire and Version One’s partnership is being officially launched to SunSystems customers during a seminar at Sapphire’s offices on 29th May 2012.
